Ordering Online

As soon as you complete your order and payment is made, your information is processed immediately and your part enters our fulfillment department. After leaving this department, your computer is built,  packaged and shipped using shipping method you choose. Your one or three- year warranty starts the day of delivery. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call or send us a message.

Shipping Information

We will ship your part using your chosen shipment method. Keep in mind that your part may not ship the same day that you order, but we will use your chosen shipment method when we do ship.  A tracking number will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that you supply with your order.  All of our parts ship within 1-3 business days. Total time for free shipping is 6-8 business days.  Expedited shipping is 3-5 business days, and next-day air is 1-4 business days, depending on your part’s availability . Post office 1-day Express will be used for Alaska and Hawaii overnight deliveries.  Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays.

Refunds, Warranty, & Return Policies

Engine computers are electrical parts.  If you have any questions about this part, please email or call us before you buy.  These are rebuilt computers- not new.  If the part is found to be defective, it can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.  You are responsible for the return shipping. If you or your mechanic misdiagnoses the problem with the vehicle, you can still return the part for a refund minus a 30% restock & reprogram fee. Sometimes customers tell us the computer we sent is defective, but suddenly their original computer is working fine again, or they had a different problem with the vehicle. If you are in this category, you will be charged for misdiagnosis.  If you order the wrong part,  you can still return it for a refund minus a 30% restock & reprogram fee.  Unless found defective, all returns are subject to a 30% restock & reprogram fee.  For “defective” computers, if you provide a dated receipt of a purchased replacement computer from another supplier, the restock fee will be waived. The receipt must show supplier name and shop installation.  No refunds will be issued after 45 days of delivery.  Programmed Ford keys are returnable if uncut. If they are cut, they cannot be resold and are not returnable. We are not responsible for the cost of, or locksmith inability of key reprogramming required on board the vehicle. We will cover the cost of key reprogramming up to $150, for units determined to be faulty. Some units must talk to the other computers on board (Brake, Transmission) to be fully functional. We are not responsible for programming for other computers on board the vehicle.   The warranty begins the day the part is delivered to you. Not all computers are eligible for the extended warranty. If your vehicle is not eligible for the extended warranty, you will not be charged.  The warranty covers the part only. The warranty is not transferable.  Modifying or tuning the computer’s hardware or software in any way will void the warranty.  By using this website, you the customer, agree to our terms and conditions.
